Vanessa Patience

Managing Director and Marketing Specialist

Geraldton born and bred, Ness worked in the world of events management and marketing in London, before returning to Western Australia in 2001 to further develop her career in marketing and communications.

In 2016, Ness embraced the complimentary skills of digital marketing and the increased opportunities digital marketing and advertising can offer in today’s business world, particularly for regional businesses.

Capitalising on 20 years of in-house and in-agency marketing experience combined with a motivation to offer local business people customised and innovative marketing services, using a strategic and integrated approach, Amplify Marketing was launched in 2017.

Ness prides herself on sharing her extensive industry knowledge and her client focused outlook, evident as the recipient of multiple client service awards. In addition, Amplify has been nominated for several business awards since its inception and Ness been invited to facilitate various marketing workshops and deliver marketing training throughout the Midwest region.

Ali Bailey

Head of Social

Never quite satisfied with a typical 9-5, I yearned for a more creative outlet. My inner β€˜social media’ geek led me to an opportunity in digital marketing, where my attention to detail and love of words, photography and styling has converged. As Amplify Marketing’s Social Media Manager, I do more than just dot the i’s and cross the t’s.

Always looking to advance my knowledge, I dove back into the world of education in 2020. Completing the Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications enabled me to bring a fresh and creative perspective to the table, delivering exceptional results for our client projects.

Managing Amplify’s social media portfolios across numerous platforms for a wide variety of clients, I pride myself on supporting our team to create engaging and effective content to develop trustworthy, recognisable online brands.

My days are spent consulting, strategising, creating, monitoring and helping our clients build a digital presence in a constantly evolving digital landscape.

 
 

Jenelle Reynolds

Website Developer

I joined the Amplify team in early 2021 as a Website Developer.

I’ve always loved computers and anything a bit techy.  At university I completed a Software Engineering degree and with the twist and turns of life, different job opportunities, and becoming a mum, I discovered a love for making websites.  I love the blend of creativity and tech that creating websites brings.

It’s exciting and challenging to create websites for such a variety of businesses and I love to see their brands come to life online.

As a mum of three boys, I love coming into Amplify and working alongside a team of fun, creative women.  

 
 

Sam Walton

Graphic Designer & Content Creator

With my background being predominantly in local and state government, joining Amplify was the perfect opportunity for me to explore new horizons and experience new things.  

I love creating, whether it’s designs for work, or simple pleasures like painting, crocheting, or writing.  I just enjoy being in my element. I’m also a big sport buff, being involved in social and competition netball and my latest gig – Footy.  

I like to think of myself as a Jack-of-all-trades. Having worked in a variety of industries such as tourism, events, and education, I have been exposed to many different roles – whether it be behind the counter at Rottnest Island Visitor Centre greeting guests, to planning and executing Winter Festivals on Bush Court at Murdoch University or developing and implementing enrolment campaigns for Central Regional TAFE. Either way, it has almost always led me back to Graphic Design or Marketing – a field I absolutely love and thrive in.

 
 

Rachel Geier

Marketing Coordinator

With her qualifications and background in Events and Public Relations, Rach brings her creative flair and social media knowledge to the Amplify team.  

Originally hailing from the wheatbelt, and now residing on a local farm, Rach’s insights into rural life are a welcomed expertise for our agricultural industry clients. 

When she’s not in the office, you’ll often find Rach running her successful event styling and management business.

  

 
 

Erin Green

Office Manager

Do you know that saying β€œwhen you want something done, give it to a busy person”? Well, I was really hoping this was true when I jumped on board with the Amplify team. You see, it’s not that I was searching for a job or had loads of spare time, but you know when something comes along, and you just need to fit it in?? That’s how I felt when this Amplify role popped up on my socials.

An opportunity to mix my experience and expertise in marketing, project and business management with a fun, creative and inspiring team. Plus, positive people, mixing business with creativity and teamwork are all things that inspire me… so how could I not join the A- team as their Office Coordinator/EA?

It’s also a refreshing balance (complete opposite) to the rest of my life: running our farm business with my husband, being there for our two teenage daughters at boarding school and being a part of our tiny local community.
